Ingredients
- 2 oz Jose León Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz egg white or aquafaba
- Aromatic bitters
How to Make It
Dry shake without ice, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a coupe and finish with a few drops of bitters.
