Ingredients
- 1½ oz Jose León Añejo Tequila
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 2 oz sparkling wine
How to Make It
Shake the tequila, lime, syrup, mint, and bitters with ice. Double strain into a coupe, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with mint.
