A polished sunrise with freshly pressed Cara Cara orange, bright lime, pomegranate, and aromatic orange bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Jose León Blanco Tequila
- 3 oz freshly pressed Cara Cara orange juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz house pomegranate grenadine
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Dehydrated blood-orange half-wheel
How to Make It
Shake the tequila, Cara Cara orange juice, lime juice, and orange bitters briefly with ice. Strain over a large clear ice spear in a chilled highball glass. Slowly pour the pomegranate grenadine down the inside of the glass so it settles into an elegant sunrise gradient. Do not stir. Garnish with a dehydrated blood-orange half-wheel.
