A light, fresh cucumber margarita with organic agave nectar and a crisp Topo Chico lime soda spritz.
Ingredients
- 3 slices of fresh cucumber
- 1½ oz Jose León Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Topo Chico lime soda spritz
- ¾ oz agave nectar — Organic Agave in the Raw
- Ice
- Chili-salt or Tajín for the rim
How to Make It
Coat the rim of a rocks glass with chili-salt or Tajín and fill it with fresh ice. Gently muddle the three cucumber slices in a shaker. Add Jose León Blanco Tequila, agave nectar, and ice, then shake until well chilled. Double strain into the prepared glass and finish with the Topo Chico lime soda spritz.
