Ingredients
- 2 oz Jose León Blanco Tequila
- ¾ oz freshly squeezed or pressed lime juice
- ¼ oz agave nectar — or 1–2 drops, to taste
- 4 oz chilled Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water
- Very light Maldon sea salt or pink Himalayan salt on half the rim
- Fresh lime wedge on the rim
- ½ dehydrated lime wheel inside the glass
How to Make It
Lightly salt only half the rim of a highball glass and fill it with ice. Add the tequila, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar, then stir gently. Top with chilled Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water. Place the dehydrated half lime wheel inside the glass and garnish the rim with a fresh lime wedge.
